Jewelry Repairs / Exchanges / Returns
All jewelry worn with care, will look beautiful for years. Each Cassiano Designs piece is handcrafted and inspected for quality before shipping, however, it is possible to receive a damaged item. For this reasons, it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within (3) business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor outside of the time frames stated within these policies.
Exchanges are available as we want you to be completely happy with your Cassiano Designs Jewelry. You have (7) days from the time your receive your jewelry to exchange or return. For both exchanges and returns, shipping costs to return your item(s) is your responsibility and must be sent with tracking. Tracking requirements are required for both your safety and assurance.
To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within (7) days from the time you receive your order. All item(s) returned for an exchange or return must be in unworn, undamaged and in an unaltered condition. Please mail the item(s) back, being sure to include a copy of your invoice, and indicating your request for an exchange. We will contact you as soon as we have received the returned item(s) to order your new jewelry designs. Please save your tracking number, as we cannot process any exchanges that are lost in transit or do not make it to me for any other reason. Shipping charges are not refunded.
If you find that your jewelry needs repaired, we offer repairs for the first 30 days, free of charge, for basic repairs such as shorten chain length, jump rings and minor adjustment. After 30 days, we are happy to complete repairs. Some repairs will incur a minimal charge. This cost will range from $10.00 and up depending on the needed repair. Please contact us with questions and/or need for repairs, as we will gladly take care of you and your jewelry.
All gifts returned for an exchange must be in unworn, undamaged, and in an unaltered condition. If you are the recipient of a gift that you would like to exchange, please contact us within (7) days, requesting an exchange and we will happily assist you and collect all necessary information to process the return of the item(s). We will contact you as soon as we have received the returned item(s) in the mail to walk you through ordering your new jewelry designs. Please save your tracking number, as we cannot process any exchanges that are lost in the mail or do not make it to us for any other reason. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To ensure that you will receive your refund, jewelry must be returned in unworn, undamaged and in an unaltered condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns. However, if your return is the result of a defect on our behalf, your return shipping charges will be happily refunded. If you need to return an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. What item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. Make sure to include your order number or include a copy of your invoice.
3. Please follow up with the tracking number once you mailed the package. We cannot issue refunds on items that are lost in transit or do not make it to us for any reasons.
We will process your return and notify you via email within (3) business days of receiving it.
COLLECTIVES CHARM CLUB DETAILS & TERMS:
What is included in the Collective's Club Box each month?
As a Collectives Club member, you will receive a beautiful new Charm set. Each month the design will be kept a surprise for you to find when you open your box!
When will I receive my Cassiano Collective's Club Box?
Collective boxes will ship around the 5th of each month and are shipped from Carlsbad, CA. via USPS Priority and usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive to you.
What is the retail value of a Collective Jewelry Box?
The Charm sets in the Collectives Club will range in retail value from $40.00 to $50.00.
Can I choose my Charms?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to choose what you want in your box. Every month Janelle & the Cassiano Team will choose from the Tinori Collection and surprise you. We love the fun of anticipation and would not want to lose that excited smile on your face when opening your box.
Can I gift a Cassiano Collective's subscription?
Yes, You can gift a Collectives Charm Club to anyone. Your friend will then receive a surprise each month and enjoy the gifted love! Select the box "Is this a Gift" on the product page when you choose between the Topaz, Sapphire and Emerald Club.
When will I be charged?
Your Credit Card or PayPal is charged the full pre-paid amount based on the Club plan you choose. Renewed plans are charged on the 1st of the month.
Can I exchange my Charms?
We are confident that you will love your Charms and your happiness is our goal! Charms received from the Collectives Club subscription can not be exchanged. If you do not care for a design, we are certain that you know someone to gift the Charms to that will love them. We welcome all feedback and suggestions. Please email email@example.com if you like to share your feedback for future Collective Charm boxes.
Can I cancel my Collectives Club subscription?
We don't think you will want to, but if necessary, we have an easy exchange option for you. Only the 3 & 6 month subscriptions are eligible for a cancellation request. We will confirm your pre-paid balance and send you a digital Gift Card to use towards any Cassiano jewelry design online in the shop. Simply send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title "Cancel request -Collectives Charm Club".
Note: You must cancel 7 days prior to the 5th of the month. This allows for Janelle to adjust her internal costs of jewelry components, scheduling production time and packaging. Thank you in advance for understanding that Cassiano Designs is a small business and is committed to providing amazing jewelry while needing to be very conscious of business costs.
How do I renew your subscription?
Your subscription will be renewed easily for the same plan you originally signed up for. Note: You will get a notification via an email message to confirm the subscription to then decline or renew with ease so you don't miss receiving your monthly Collective Box.
