Cassiano Designs Jewelry is handcrafted with love in Carlsbad, California with quality, sourced components and chains from manufactures in the USA, Indonesia and Italy.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on both Saturdays and Sundays will process the following business day. 

PAYMENT:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card,  PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay. 

CANCELLATIONS:

If your cancellation request is received prior to processing your order, we will be happy to cancel your order for a full refund, however, once it has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel your order. When you receive your shipment, please contact us for specific instructions on how to return it for a refund (minus the shipping charges).
